Leah's Random Thought

I was just thinking about the phrase "Avoiding it like the plague." I think it is funny that we are stilling using it today when the plague happened like I don't know how many hundreds of years ago.

Urbaned

My friends and I love to make up words. One we made up a while ago is Urbaned.
We love the actor Carl Urban. We call him the ninja actor because he plays so many different roles that we have a hard time picking him out on screen. Sometimes I do not realize that he is in a movie until I look it up after I watch it. Like The Lord Of the Rings. And that is exactly what being urbaned is. If you are watching a movie and about halfway through it or even after it is over you realize that Carl Urban was in it then you have been Urbaned. My sister got Urbaned by a picture of Carl Urban. It was really funny.

Space: Above and Beyond

I just finished watching the one and only season of the television series "Space: Above and Beyond." It is an amazing show. And all though it was canceled fifteen years ago the sting is still fresh. Its just one more example that FOX has no idea what they are doing. They always cancel the shows that I like.

James Cameron

My friends and I were talking about wanting to see the new James Cameron movie Sanctum. That got me thinking about other James Cameron movies. Titanic. Avatar. The Abyss. That got me thinking. Can James Cameron make a movie that has a title that is more than one word long? Maggie thought she came up with one but it was just The Terminator. Which the word "the" does not really count in my mind.
